Our Lawn & Meadow Scythe Kit is aimed at the proficient mower who is managing larger meadows or wild flower lawns. The longer slim blade is ideal for mowing finer grasses and wild flowers. While it will cope reasonably well with tougher stemmed perennials we would advise a shorter blade.

A natural Sharpening Stone (for regular sharpening of blade when scything)
A Peening Jig 
A Garryflex block (for cleaning the blade prior to peening and after use)
An artificial Stone: Carborundum (for use after jig peening)
